Tucker French Boiler Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
1.1 The Tucker French Boiler Competition ("Competition") is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over.
1.2 Employees of Tucker French, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
2. Competition Period:
2.1 The Competition will run from 01/11/23 to 20/12/23.
2.2 Entries received after the specified closing date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
3.1 To enter the Competition, participants must place an order on the Tucker French website during the Competition Period.
3.2 No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Competition.
4. Prize:
4.1 The winner will receive a Worcester boiler worth up to £1000
4.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.3 Tucker French reserve the right to choose the type of boiler, this is not a customer’s choice.
5. Winner Selection:
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
5.2 The draw will take place on the 21st of December, and the winner will be notified by email within 7 days.
5.3 The winner must respond to the notification within 10 working days to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be selected at random.
6. Prize Delivery:
6.1 The prize will be available from your local Tucker French branch
7. Publicity:
7.1 By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activity related to the Competition.
8. Data Protection:
8.1 Any personal data collected during the course of the Competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
9. General:
9.1 Tucker French reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the Competition at any time.
9.2 Tucker French reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or withhold the prize if it becomes aware of any fraudulent activity.
9.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
By entering the Tucker French Boiler Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
